Can I return something I purchased?

If you change your mind about something you've purchased, ZINNIA offers store credit (with original or gift receipt) or exchange on unused merchandise within 14 days of purchase. We do not offer cash refunds, or refunds to your credit card. If you do not have a receipt, we offer same-day exchange only within 14 days.

Items must be in original packaging and include all tags (as applicable). Sale or Clearance items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Need to exchange a gift?

No problem! With a gift receipt, you have 14 days to exchange the item or receive a store credit. If your gift didn't include a gift receipt, we offer same-day exchange.

The Following Items may not be exchanged:

  • Seasonal/Holiday Merchandise
  • Sale/Clearance Merchandise
  • Merchandise out of Original Packaging
  • Custom or Special Order Merchandise
  • Greeting Cards

Do you sell Gift Certificates?

ZINNIA Gift Certificates are available starting at $15.00.

Do you ship?

We are happy to ship your ZINNIA purchases within the USA. Shipping fees vary depending on the size of the package and the destination.
